The event clock / timer is a valuable item and remains in the top right of the main window.
The clock has 4 main modes of operation that are adjustable in settings.
Mode 1. Countdown - In this mode the clock displays the time until the event is due to start. In this mode the clock is green on a black background.

Mode 2. Event start warning - At a set time before the event is due to start, which is configurable in settings, the clock will begin to flash black and white. An audible warning can also be configured to sound when the clock begins to flash, drawing the user's attention to this event.

Mode 3. Start time expired - In this mode the clock counts from when the event was '''due''' to start. An audible warning can also be configured to sound when the clock enters this mode. In this mode the clock is red on a black background.

Mode 4. In-play timer - In this mode the clock will reset to zero and begin counting up when the market goes in-play. This will only occur if the event is being monitored when the transition to in-play occurs. This clock is pale blue on a black background.

Configurable settings for the event clock: - The period before an event is due to start and the clock starts flashing - Audible warning that sounds a period before the event is due to start - Audible warning that sounds when the event is due to start - Force the clock to reset when the event goes in-play
